Steps to Ordering online(printable)
Login in to your Account
Click the Category you would like
click the sub category you would like 
click add, you can adjust quantities in cart or type in the quantity you would like and Click Add
repeat the previous steps until your order is complete
click the view cart button
Adjust the quantities for all your products or check the delete box to remove the product .
click the update cart
when you are happy,Type in your order number if required.
click the proceed to delivery options
Select your delivery address or collection.
If your Delivery address is not in the list select the Input Delivery address and type it in the relevant fields, if you would like this address to be stored for future orders tick the Add address to Database box.
click the 'continue to Order confirmation.
Review all the products and your delivery option.
When you are happy click the confirm and place order
At any time before you cofirm and place order you would like to continue
shopping click the relevant category or click the Continue Shopping
The Delivery Options
 

When choosing Delivery address you have a several options, you can choose the default delivery address or a stored alternate delivery address.
You can also Input your delivery address by selecting Input delivery address to add this address to the database for future orders by ticking the add address to database before confirming the order.
You can also add delivery addresses in the Your Delivery Addresses section which is explained below.

Manage Your Account
  To get to the Manage Account section click the Manage account button found on the right handside just under Your Info.
Once here you can choose one of two options edit details or edit Delivery Addresses.
To Edit Your Account Details click the Edit Details this is similar to the Account creation form but this allows you to update your information and your default delivery Address. Amend your details and click the Update information button.
To Edit Your Delivery Addresses click the Edit Addresses from within here you can Add, Edit and Delete Delivery Addresses
To edit a delivery address, amend the details and click Update This Address.
To Delete a delivery address, tick the delete address box and click the Update this Address.
Managing Cart
The Mini Cart (Right hand side of all pages)
 

The Mini Cart gives you a brief look into the amount of different products currently in your shopping cart plus the cost.
The system will keep you logged in for up to two hours if you are in the middle of an order and have to leave the computer you can save the cart to the Database to complete the order at a later date, or for instance if you have several branches and want to send the same products to each you can just load the cart select delivery address and confirm order.
This feature is also good for placing the same order next time if you require.

Saving the cart is done by clicking the Save Cart
Loading the cart is done by clicking the Load Cart and then selecting the order you wish to retrieve from the drop down list. you can load more than one order you have saved to your cart this makes it simple to add complete lines of specific products in one go.
To View the cart contents click the View Cart which will take you to the incart view..
If you wish to empty your shopping cart to start again click the Clear Order
The Incart View
  The Incart view is where you can review your order and make amendments to quantities and remove specific product lines.
To update cart contents in the Incart view change your quantities and or delete items by tick the relevant remove from cart box
Update Cart is done by clicking the update cart
To return to placing your order click the Continue Shopping
To Proceed click the proceed to delivery options
To Empty the cart and clear the order click the Clear Order
If you have loaded the Cart with an order from the Database and no longer need to keep that specific order stored in the Database
Click the Delete order from database
